What is EMDR therapy?

We have found the attached videos below from EMDRIA to help give a brief introduction to EMDR therapy and how it works. EMDR stands for Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing therapy.

EMDRIA has the following definition on their website explaining EMDR therapy:
