Wellness Mondays:
Our Wellness Monday groups are FREE for our current clients and staff. We will be hosting Dia from Mindful Yoga with Liz (https://mindfulyogawithliz.com/) , who will be teaching a Yoga class for us once a month held over Zoom. These groups will be the 3rd Monday of the month, at 1:00 PM EST!

Yoga has been known to be incredibly healing for individuals struggling with mental health, and just generally great for you overall. Yoga is highly recommended in helping to integrate the mind/body connection in trauma work. Being a holistic group therapy practice specializing in trauma, we feel it is very important to incorporate Yoga or some sort of movement into a regular practice for overall wellness.
