Life can present many challenges and you shouldn't have to face them alone. Whether
you are going through a time of crisis, want to address life-long patterns, improve interpersonal
relationships, or address trauma, I'll meet you wherever you are and help you to do that work.
I feel that past traumas and early life experiences shape much of who we are today, but
that doesn't mean you can't change who you're going to be.
Through EMDR (Eye Movement
Desensitization and Reprocessing), psychodynamic therapy, and CBT (Cognitive Behavioral
Therapy) those traumas can be addressed and those patterns can be disrupted. My approach is
eclectic, holistic, and trauma informed. I believe that it is important to incorporate every part of a
person's life into therapy. We are all uniquely complex and your therapy should reflect that.
I am always grateful when someone chooses to share their story with me. I'll do my best
to honor your experiences while providing outside input, and to be compassionate but
challenging when necessary. I work with individuals from teenage up through later adults in counseling.
